Field Sales Executive - Durgapur

Key Responsibilities: - Identify, source, and secure long-term and short-term pest control & prevention business opportunities. - Develop new business opportunities within current and new customer bases aligned with the sales strategy. - Ensure client retention by meeting customers" ongoing expectations. - Manage day-to-day sales activities, including proposals, service agreements, prospecting, and market development. - Support the service team by providing customer feedback. - Cultivate strong client relationships. - Provide reports as per the requirement. - Assist with debt collection. Qualifications Required: - Graduate or MBA Fresher with good sales knowledge and communication skills. - Possess good interpersonal and networking skills. - Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
