Field Sales Executive - Lucknow

With operations spanning across 250 locations in India, Rentokil PCI is dedicated to sourcing and securing pest control & prevention business opportunities, developing new business within current and new customer bases, ensuring client retention, managing day-to-day sales activities, providing customer feedback, building client relationships, and assisting with debt collection. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify, source, and secure both long term and short-term pest control & prevention business opportunities. - Develop new business opportunities within current and new customer bases in accordance with the sales strategy. - Ensure client retention by meeting customers ongoing expectations. - Manage day to day sales activities, including proposal, service agreement, prospecting, and market development. - Support the service team by providing customer feedback. - Develop good client relationships. - Provide reports as per the requirement. - Assist with debt collection. **Qualifications Required:** - Graduate or MBA Fresher with Good sales knowledge and communication skills. - Good Interpersonal & Networking Skills. - Ability to communicate effectively. - Ability to negotiate with the clients.
