Job Description – Home Loan Sales ExecutiveCompany: PaisaBazaar Role: Home Loan Sales Executive Locations: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Delhi/NCR Summary of the Role:We are looking for motivated and experienced professionals to join our Home Loan sales team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in Home Loan sales, with a proven ability to generate leads from the open market and drive business through self-sourcing. Key Responsibilities: Generate leads for Home Loans through open market activities. Identify potential customers and convert them into successful business. Maintain relationships with customers and ensure excellent customer service. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the growth of the organization. Stay updated about the latest products, policies, and market trends. Eligibility Criteria: Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Home Loan sales. Age: Between 25 and 32 years. Education: Graduate or Undergraduate from a recognized institution. Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and target-oriented. Compensation & Benefits: Salary: ₹4 LPA – ₹6 LPA (depending on experience and performance). Attractive incentives and rewards based on performance. Work Schedule:6 working days a week. Sunday fixed off.
