Job Description

We are looking for dynamic Field Sales professionals with a proven track record in driving sales through direct customer interactions. This role requires excellent communication, strong negotiation skills, and a solid understanding of sales strategies. Roles and Responsibilities: The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for: Conducting field visits to existing customers to explain the companys offerings and explore new order opportunities. Meeting 10-15 GST-registered customers daily. Managing sales activities in Bangalore and nearby areas. The average traveling per day will be approx 100 km. Building and nurturing strong client relationships to drive product sales. Converting high-revenue leads into successful sales. Retaining customers to encourage repeat business. Identifying potential customers, planning visits, managing accounts, and closing deals. Maintaining detailed records in CRM systems, including customer information, visit reports, price quotes, and correspondence. Developing and implementing business plans to achieve sales targets. Desired Profile: Educational Background: Graduate in any discipline (engineering graduates preferred). Experience: Prior experience in field sales is essential. Skills: Proficiency in spoken English is mandatory. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with e-commerce processes and CRM tools like Zoho CRM or Salesforce is a plus. Personality Traits: Highly analytical, self-motivated, and results-driven individuals are preferred.
