The ideal candidate will have prior experience in Home Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) sales, with strong communication and interpersonal skills to generate leads, manage client relationships, and close deals effectively. Key Responsibilities: Source new sales opportunities through field visits, cold calls, and market research. Promote and sell financial products, specifically HL and LAP. Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets. Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals. Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and loan processing. Keep track of market trends and competitor activities. Candidate Requirements: Graduate in any discipline (mandatory). Minimum 1 year of experience in HL/LAP sales is preferred. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Willingness to travel locally for client meetings. Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
