About the Role:

We are hiring experienced and motivated field sales professionals for our Residential Solar Business. You will be responsible for engaging directly with homeowners, generating leads, and converting them into happy solar customers.

(Solar industry experience not required.)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field sales and door-to-door campaigns to generate leads from homeowners
• Communicate clearly in the local language with prospective customers
• Use CRM tools to manage leads, follow-ups, and sales pipeline
• Execute the company’s structured sales process from lead to closure
• Maintain excellent post-sale relationships with customers

Eligibility Criteria (Must-Have):

• Minimum 1 year of B2C field sales experience
• Educational background with 60%+ in 10th / 12th / Graduation
• Age: Below 30 years
• No job hopping; stable work history preferred
• No gaps in education
• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
• Fluent in the regional language of the location applied for

Preferred Industries:

Telecom (Airtel, Jio), Finance (NBFC loan sales), EdTech, Paints (B2C sales).
