Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have an outgoing personality, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for working in the rural agriculture sector. Key Responsibilities: Travel to rural areas, small towns, and villages for dealer development and farmer engagement Conduct field demonstrations of vegetable seeds to farmers and support them with product knowledge Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and stakeholders Provide after-sales support and gather market feedback Lead from the front in achieving sales targets and expanding market reach Requirements: Strong background or familiarity with agriculture and the rural economy Proven leadership qualities and ability to work independently Smart -working, proactive. Willing to travel extensively Prior experience in agriculture input sales (especially seeds) is preferred
