• Freshers – ₹27,000 CTC (Take Home: ₹22,000)
• Experienced – ₹31,000 CTC (Take Home: ₹27,000)
• Incentives: Upto ₹15,000 per month (Performance-based)

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Field Sales Executives to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities

• Meet prospective customers in assigned territories to promote and sell products/services.
• Generate leads through market visits, cold calls, and referrals.
• Explain product features and benefits to customers, addressing queries effectively.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team revenue goals.
• Maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Provide daily/weekly sales reports to the manager.

Who Can Apply

• Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.
• Experienced candidates with prior field sales/retail sales experience will be preferred.
• Qualification: Graduate/12th Pass (with relevant sales experience).
• Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license.
• Good interpersonal skills, confidence, and a go-getter attitude.
