Field Sales Executive in Delhi

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through field visits, site visits, market surveys, and local networking.
• Conduct property site visits with prospective buyers and explain project details clearly.
• Promote residential and commercial projects in assigned areas/locations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with homebuyers, brokers, and channel partners.
• Achieve monthly sales targets for bookings and closures.
• Provide complete project information, including pricing, amenities, floor plans, and offers.
• Follow up with leads regularly to increase conversion chances.
• Handle customer queries related to property, documentation, and payment plans.
• Support marketing activities like on-ground promotions, canopy setups, and events.
• Prepare daily activity reports of site visits, leads, and conversions.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor projects.
• Ensure excellent customer service from inquiry to final closure.
