To drive the Non HDFC Bank business in Digital Office location for Health, Motor and other LOBs
To monitor and drive business of DO location through:
Agency Recruitment / Engagement/ Activation
OEM Private Cars/ Tractor Dealer Activation
Banca B3/ CSC Activation
To drive the key agency matrix and uniformed practices across Digital Office (DO) location
Achieve the top line & BDE/ELR as per defined matrix
Driving renewals as per target
Morning & Evening Business Reporting
