Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through field visits, site promotions, and client networking.
  • Meet prospective buyers, explain project details, and conduct site visits.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to drive sales closures.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets for residential/commercial projects.
  • Stay updated on project features, pricing, and competitor offerings.
  • Handle client queries and provide complete post-sales support until handover.
  • Participate in real estate exhibitions, events, and promotional campaigns.
  • Maintain daily sales reports and coordinate with the sales manager.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • 13 years of experience in

    real estate sales

    (freshers with strong sales skills can also apply).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong passion for sales and customer service.
  • Must be open to extensive fieldwork and client meetings.
  • Knowledge of local real estate market will be an added advantage.
  • Qualification: Graduate (MBA/PG in Sales & Marketing preferred).
  • Should own a

    two-wheeler with valid driving license

  • Proficiency in

    English, Hindi, and Telugu

    preferred.
