Field Sales Executive

1. Customer Acquisition

• Approach potential customers (walk-ins, leads, or in the field).
  
• Explain the features, benefits, and eligibility criteria of SBI credit cards.
  
• Identify the right product based on customer profile (e.g., lifestyle cards, fuel cards, etc.).
  

2. Documentation and Verification

• Collect and verify required documents (ID proof, income proof, PAN card, etc.).
  
• Ensure complete and accurate application forms.
  
• Coordinate with backend teams for KYC and verification.
  

3. Customer Service

• Answer queries related to products, offers, credit limits, charges, etc.
  
• Follow up with customers for incomplete or pending applications.
  

4. Reporting and Updates

• Maintain daily/weekly reports on leads, conversions, and rejections.
  
• Update CRM or sales tracking tools with customer interaction details.
  

5. Market Awareness

• Understand competitor offerings and highlight SBI card advantages.
  
• Keep updated with new SBI products, promotions, and policy changes.
