About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Identify, target, and acquire residential societies, commercial complexes, and IT parks for water management solutions. 2. Develop and manage a pipeline of leads through cold calls, referrals, site visits, and networking with facility managers, RWAs, builders, and property managers. 3. Deliver presentations and product demos to key stakeholders (Facility Management Heads, Builders, Resident Associations). 4. Work closely with technical teams to understand and communicate product value and ROI to prospective customers. 5. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring contract compliance and customer satisfaction. 6. Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine acquisition strategies. 7. Build and maintain long-term relationships for upselling and referrals.
