Role & responsibilities

  • Manage field sales activities, including visiting retailers, wholesalers, and distributors to promote company products.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential customers.
  • Achieve monthly targets by meeting or exceeding sales quotas through effective planning and execution of sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, inventory management, and other relevant data.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 1-3 years of experience in field sales or related field marketing role.
  • Strong understanding of FMCG marketing principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with customers at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of productivity.
