Role & responsibilities

  • Manage field sales activities to achieve targets and grow business in assigned territory.
  • Conduct market research, identify customer needs, and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, distributors, and dealers to drive revenue growth.
  • Ensure timely delivery of products to customers and maintain accurate records of transactions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve overall performance.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 1-3 years of experience in FMCG sales or related field (preferably).
  • Strong understanding of FMCG marketing principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective customer engagement.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
