Field Sales Executive – Corporate & Institutional Sales (Sweets & Gifting)

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and driven Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our premium sweets and festive gift boxes to corporates, factories, and institutions across Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have prior experience dealing with Admin and HR departments and should be skilled in building long-term B2B relationships, especially during Diwali and festive seasons. Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach corporates, factories, and offices for bulk sweet orders and gifting deals Meet Admin/HR/Procurement heads to pitch festive packages and negotiate orders Plan and execute field visits, client meetings, and follow-ups to close sales Generate and maintain a database of leads, prospects, and clients Achieve monthly sales targets and drive Diwali/festive season campaigns Coordinate with internal production and logistics teams for order fulfillment Provide after-sales support and ensure client satisfaction for repeat business Candidate Requirements: Proven field sales experience in corporate or institutional selling (preferably in food/FMCG/gifting) Strong network and understanding of the Gurgaon industrial and corporate belt Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills Must be confident, presentable, and self-driven Ability to work independently and meet sales targets Two-wheeler preferred for field mobility Perks & Benefits: Fixed salary up to ₹25,000/month Commission on every successful order Travel allowance Opportunity to work with a legacy brand known for quality and taste To Apply: Send your CV to hello@shamsweets.com or contact us at 9821133501.
