Job Description

Role & responsibilities

generating leads, building client relationships, and closing sales within a designated territory by conducting customer visits, product demonstrations, and presentations

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in an assigned territory.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings, product demonstrations, and sales presentations.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with both new and existing customers.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.
  • Provide post-sales support and address customer needs and concerns.

Sales strategy and reporting

  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.
  • Manage and maintain an accurate sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and feedback to management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

Collaboration and support

  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as the engineering and marketing departments, to address customer needs and align on strategies.
  • Gather and provide market feedback from clients to internal teams.
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network and identify new business.
