Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Executive located in Bengaluru. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, conducting property viewings, and negotiating sales and lease agreements. This role involves providing expert advice on real estate investments, managing client inquiries, and collaborating with internal teams to meet sales targets. Additionally, the Field Sales Executive will be expected to stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications

• Sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record in real estate or related industries
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships
• Knowledge of the real estate market and trends in Bengaluru
• Ability to manage multiple clients and inquiries simultaneously
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a focus on achieving sales targets
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in property leasing, investment guidance, and corporate relocation services is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
