We are expanding our sales operations and seeking motivated Field Sales Executives to promote our reagents, molecular kits, and biotech products to hospitals, diagnostic laboratories, colleges, and universities.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Promote reagents, molecular diagnostic kits, and life science products.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with institutional clients.

• Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads.

• Ensure timely follow-up, delivery coordination, and customer support.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

🎓 Qualifications

• UG degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or other Life Science fields.

• MBA (Marketing/Healthcare) is an added advantage.

• 0–2 years of experience in sales (freshers are welcome to apply).

🛠 Skills & Competencies

• Strong English communication skills and fluency in Tamil (mandatory).

• Excellent interpersonal, liaison, and customer-handling abilities.

• Good presentation and negotiation skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Ability to travel regularly within the assigned territory.

• Self-driven, confident, and target-oriented.

🚗 Work Requirements

This is a full-time field travel role involving daily institutional visits, on-road mobility, and frequent travel within Tamil Nadu.

• Candidates with a two-wheeler and valid driving licence will be preferred.

• Candidates who can efficiently travel using public transport are also welcome.

📍 Work Location

• Field-based role across Tamil Nadu

• Candidates residing in or near Ariyalur and surrounding districts are preferred for ease of travel.
