Job Description

Qualification & Requirements • Minimum Education: HS Pass • Minimum 1 year experience in field sales / direct sales • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to achieve sales targets and work independently Key Responsibilities • Acquire new customers for Kotak 811 Savings Accounts through field sales. • Achieve a monthly target of 100 account openings. • Promote and open two types of accounts with debit card benefits: Regular Account (₹1,000 funding) • Debit Card (Rs.399/-) – Features include: • Daily withdrawal Limits - ₹25,000 ATM limit & ₹1 lakh spending limit • Complimentary insurance of 2 Lakhs Super Account (₹5,000 funding) • Debit Card (Rs.399/-) – Features include: • Welcome bonus of ₹500 PVR F&B Voucher • Higher daily limits: ₹1 Lakh ATM withdrawal & ₹3 Lakh spending limit • Free ATM usage at Kotak ATMs • Monthly 10 free financial + 10 free non-financial transactions at non-Kotak ATMs • 10% reward points on PVR spends & 0.5% reward on other spends • Complimentary insurance cover of ₹5 Lakhs Virtual Debit Card (Free) – Features include: Compensation Structure • Performance Incentives: Up to ₹5,000 (as per bank approval) • If Target Achievement is less than 85%: o ₹200 per account (with Debit Card issued) o ₹175 per account (without Debit Card issued) • Deductions: Only TDS 2% • PF & ESI: Applicable after 3 months • Note: TA (Travel Allowance) is not provided by the company
