Job Description

A Field Sales Executive in the exhibition industry is responsible for selling exhibition space, sponsorship packages, and related services to exhibitors and partners. The role involves identifying potential clients, maintaining relationships with existing ones, and ensuring participation targets are met for trade shows, expos, and other live events. Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential exhibitors, sponsors, and partners across relevant industries. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations — often on-site or at client offices. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure. Maintain a pipeline of opportunities using CRM tools. Build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure client requirements are met. Attend industry events and competitor exhibitions to generate leads and gather market intelligence.
