Role Overview:We are looking for motivated Field Executives to provide on-ground support for our real estate sales team. You will assist Channel Partner Managers (CPs) and BDMs in executing roadshows, promotions, and site visits to ensure smooth operations and maximum visibility. Key Responsibilities:Support CP Managers and BDMs during field visits and meetings Execute roadshows, hoardings, and other on-ground marketing activities Distribute flyers, brochures, and promotional material at societies, corporate offices, and public areas Assist in site visits and demos for potential buyers Collect feedback from field activities and report to management Requirements:Good communication skills Own bike for local travel Physically fit and proactive Prior experience in real estate or marketing promotions is a plus Benefits / Incentives:Petrol allowance for field travel Performance-based incentives on bookings assisted Opportunity to grow within a high-potential real estate business
