Role Overview: As a Sales Development Executive, your main responsibility is to drive business growth by acquiring new customers and managing key accounts. You will be required to build good relationships with companies and customers, understand their requirements, and deliver high-quality service consistently. Collaborating with the ground sales team to develop customer retention strategies and counter competitor activities will also be a crucial part of your role.
