Job Title: Field Recruiter Delivery Boy Hiring Location: Rajendra nagar , delhi Company: Jkm marketing Job Type: Full-time / Part-time Salary: Fixed + Attractive Incentives Job Description: We are looking for a Field Recruiter who can actively go out in the field and recruit delivery boys for Q-commerce and logistics companies. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, street-smart attitude, and a deep understanding of local areas and routes. Key Responsibilities: Visit local areas, market places, tea stalls, parking areas, and common gathering spots to find potential candidates. Convince and onboard suitable candidates as delivery partners. Collect basic documents and help in the registration process. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly hiring targets. Report daily progress to the recruitment manager. Requirements: Good communication and convincing skills. Prior experience in field recruitment or delivery/logistics sector is a plus. Must be familiar with local areas and speak local language. Own bike/scooter preferred (travel allowance may be provided). Must be hardworking and target-oriented.
