Field Quality Engineer

Role & responsibilities

Monitoring and analysis of the factory-specific products in the markets (with a focus on failure rate and failure costs) in the SAP PQM system

Monitoring the failure rate, Cost in market to plan for next year warranty cost provision.

To update the standardized reporting of the field Quality indicators within the factory organization, Product Division and Regional Quality

To coordinate with QM, DE and supply chain for the quality improvements and spare parts quality topics

Analysis of field failure appliances / parts returned by customer service & Improvements to be planned for import appliance issues in India market

To share field failure statistical data and analysis details to make attention on the specific failures to product division QM, DE, factory QM and DE

Monitoring the effectiveness of the market improvements and feedback should be communicated to CFT team.

Analyze the consumer centric topics in digital forum by using VICO tool and planning for actions with responsible team.

Preferred candidate profile

Education

Bachelors in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics)

• Experience (type)

4 years

• Specific knowledge

Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.

Advanced Excel, SQL, and statistical analysis.

Analytical and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and ability to simplify complex datasets.
