Job Description

Position: Field Property Sourcing Executive

Location:

Key Responsibilities:

Visit 5–10 commercial buildings daily from the allocated list.
Identify new commercial properties during field visits.
Capture “For Sale/Lease” boards and collect complete property details.
Gather key information: Building name, area, floor/unit number, parking, furnishing, rent, deposit, lock-in, etc.
Submit 5–7 verified owner leads daily.
Share photos & Google Maps locations on the WhatsApp group.

Candidate Requirements:

Strong knowledge of Pune locations.
Smart, active, and good at identifying properties.
Must be comfortable with fieldwork.
2-wheeler is mandatory
for daily field visits
