Field Property Executive

We are looking for a Field Property Executive with hands-on experience in Land Acquisition / Broking functions within the real estate consulting industry.
The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to field-level property scouting, site visits, land documentation, and coordination.

Candidate must be currently working (or previously worked) in Land Acquisition Department

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify prospective land parcels through field visits and networking.
• Liaise with property owners, brokers, and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct due diligence and coordinate for land-related documentation.
• Maintain property database and market intelligence.
• Support negotiation, closure, and acquisition process.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 2–3 years of hardcore field experience in land acquisition (mandatory).
• Strong communication & negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
