Job Title: Field Officer
Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Qualification: B.Tech (Any Stream)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Field Officer to handle field operations, client coordination, site supervision, and reporting activities. The role involves frequent travel within assigned areas, ensuring smooth execution of field-related tasks, and providing timely updates to the management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular field visits to assigned sites/projects.
• Supervise on-site activities, ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
• Collect and verify field data, prepare reports, and submit daily/weekly updates to the management.
• Identify and resolve operational issues during field activities.
• Ensure timely completion of tasks as per the given timelines.
• Maintain proper documentation and records related to field operations.
• Support the management in conducting inspections, audits, or client visits.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Willingness to travel and work on-field regularly.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Technical knowledge related to field operations (industry-specific knowledge will be an advantage).

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: B.Tech (any discipline).
• Freshers or candidates with 1-2 years of relevant experience can apply.
• Should have a valid driving license (if applicable for field travel).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
