Job Title: Field Officer Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month Qualification: B.Tech (Any Stream) Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and responsible Field Officer to handle field operations, client coordination, site supervision, and reporting activities. The role involves frequent travel within assigned areas, ensuring smooth execution of field-related tasks, and providing timely updates to the management. Key Responsibilities: Conduct regular field visits to assigned sites/projects. Supervise on-site activities, ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards. Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution. Collect and verify field data, prepare reports, and submit daily/weekly updates to the management. Identify and resolve operational issues during field activities. Ensure timely completion of tasks as per the given timelines. Maintain proper documentation and records related to field operations. Support the management in conducting inspections, audits, or client visits. Required Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Willingness to travel and work on-field regularly. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.). Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure. Technical knowledge related to field operations (industry-specific knowledge will be an advantage). Eligibility Criteria: Qualification: B.Tech (any discipline). Freshers or candidates with 1-2 years of relevant experience can apply. Should have a valid driving license (if applicable for field travel).
