Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

A. Medsygn Responsibilities

• Conduct platform demonstrations and handholding sessions at doctor clinics.
• Plan daily visits and ensure 4–6 Medsygn demos/sessions per day depending on territory size.
• Regularly follow up with doctors and clinic staff to improve platform usage and engagement.
• Maintain and update customer database with demo status, registration details, and usage frequency.
• Train clinic staff (assistants, receptionists) on Medsygn platform usage.
• Track competitor activities and report insights.
• Support online team by identifying and targeting the right customer segments.

B. SMSRC Responsibilities

• Coordinate with healthcare professionals, institutions, and partners for field data collection and validation.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of field-level data as per SMSRC project requirements.
• Support the execution of survey and research initiatives in assigned geography.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the medical community
• Daily reporting through online systems / apps.
• Coordination with both Medsygn and SMSRC regional teams for work alignment.

Performance-based incentives applicable for both Medsygn and SMSRC work.

Daily Travel Allowance as per company policy.

Skill Set

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Tech-savvy with ability to learn and explain new digital tools.
• Strong planning, reporting, and follow-up skills.
• Two-wheeler will be an added advantage for field mobility.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
