Job Title: Field Officer/ Senior Field Officer For this role, you will be required to relocate anywhere within Rajasthan. Today with a strong presence in 8 states and over 90 districts, and giving smiles to over 1 million happy faces Digamber Finance offers a wide range of microfinance solutions like agricultural loans, small business loans, dairy farm loans etc.   Reporting to: Assistant Branch Manager/ Branch Manager/ Senior Branch Manager   About Role: The primary responsibility of this role is to facilitate and oversee the lending process for Joint Loan Groups, which are small groups of individuals who come together to access microfinance loans in Gogunda, Rajasthan   Job Responsibilities:   Ø To conduct survey for the prospective area to deliver our services which mainly include – nearby banks and police stations, hospital facility etc. Ø To generate new business for company growth, and achieving your individual target. Ø Provide assistance with JLG loan related matters, service, and loan questions. Ø Assist in business development by counseling customers on coverage options. Ø Functioning with different forms to get details of customers including document verification with complete KYC check in detail and house verification for loan purpose. Ø Managing day to day field visit, projection meetings (CGT – Compulsory Group Training), and operations of the branch. Ø Coordinate with respective branch for your monthly, annually targets or acquirement. Ø Conduct projection training at respective area for customer knowledge about loan and procedure. Ø Collection from customers through center meetings or individual customer in case of DPD/ OD customers and deposit payment into company’s bank account.   Skills Required:   Field Survey, Customer Acquisition, Microfinance Knowledge, KYC Verification, Target Achievement, Business Development, Projection Training, Field Visits, Loan Collection, Communication Skills.   Qualifications: 12th Pass Fresher or up to 2 Years of experience in Microfinance.
