Field Marketing Specialist

As a Field Marketing Specialist at our leading EV charger manufacturing company in Madurai, you will play a crucial role in accelerating the adoption of electric mobility across India. Your primary responsibilities will include direct client outreach, product promotion, lead generation, and maintaining strong customer relations. This is a dynamic 100% field-based role that is ideal for candidates who enjoy travel and face-to-face interactions. Your key responsibilities will involve visiting residential communities, commercial spaces, and EV-related businesses to promote EV charging solutions. You will present and demonstrate our products to potential clients and partners, generate and follow up on leads, submit daily activity reports, and provide market feedback to the marketing team. Building and nurturing strong customer relationships, supporting promotional events, and assisting with product installations when required will also be part of your role. To excel in this position, you should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. While basic knowledge of EVs/chargers is a plus, training will be provided for interested candidates. You must be willing to travel extensively and work in the field. Proficiency in Hindi is mandatory for the North Region role, while proficiency in Tamil is required for the South Region role. Currently, we have open positions for 1 Field Marketing Specialist in the North Region (Hindi-speaking preferred) and 1 Field Marketing Specialist in the South Region (Based in Tamil Nadu).
