Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement field marketing strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth across enterprise and government accounts.
  • Collaborate with sales teams, partners, and channel account managers to design customized, scalable campaigns that support revenue goals.
  • Lead account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities and sales objectives.
  • Plan and execute regional events, executive roundtables, workshops, and industry conferences to foster customer engagement and drive demand.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including product marketing, demand generation, and communications, to ensure consistent messaging and positioning.
  • Track, measure, and analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize future programs.
  • Manage and optimize marketing budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and strong ROI.
  • Build and nurture relationships with government agencies, enterprise customers, and channel partners to enhance market penetration and brand visibility.
  • Travel as needed to support regional marketing initiatives and sales engagements.

EXPERIENCE

  • 10-12 years of B2B marketing experience in a tech environment, preferably in cybersecurity, SaaS, or IT solutions.
  • Experience working with both enterprise and government accounts is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of Account-Based Marketing (ABM), demand generation, and the enterprise/government buying journey.
  • Proven ability to align marketing programs with sales objectives and measure success through data-driven insights.
  • Hands-on experience in executing field marketing initiatives, including events, content marketing, and digital campaigns.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with a track record of successful collaboration across sales, partners, and agencies.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and project management abilities.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative and strategic thinker who thrives in cross-functional teams.
  • MBA or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is highly preferred.
