Dynamic Bala Industry Pvt. Ltd. is seeking energetic and responsible Field Marketing / Field Work Technicians to support operational and marketing activities at our Tirupur Showroom, Karur Factory, and Head Office in Perumanallur. The ideal candidate will assist in local field tasks, outdoor marketing activities, and technical support work as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits for marketing and promotional activities
• Deliver and install small materials or samples to clients and vendors
• Provide technical field support during installation or servicing (if needed)
• Coordinate with internal departments for job execution
• Support day-to-day field work and assist team members as per site requirements
• Maintain proper reports of daily field activity
• Travel between locations when required

Requirements:

• Minimum SSLC or Diploma/ITI qualification
• 0–2 years of experience in field work or marketing (Freshers can apply)
• Basic understanding of tools, materials, or fieldwork (preferred)
• Two-wheeler with a valid driving license (mandatory)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Willingness to travel and work on-field across multiple locations
