Field Marketing Executive

We are VVR Designz Digital Marketing Agency Pvt Ltd, seeking a passionate and dynamic Field Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting potential clients, explaining our services, and generating leads and conversions for our digital marketing solutions. Experience Required: Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in field sales/marketing (preferably in digital marketing, media, or advertising industry) Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience) + 5% Commission on every successful client conversion Roles and Responsibilities: Identify potential clients in assigned local areas (real estate, restaurant, Hospitals, etc.) Visit prospects and explain our digital marketing services such as: Social Media Marketing Website Development SEO Video Editing & Reels Creation Paid Ads (Google/Facebook/Instagram) Conduct meetings, build relationships, and follow up for closures Distribute brochures, pitch decks, and promotional material Generate leads and report daily/weekly progress to the agency head Coordinate with internal teams for service delivery once the client is onboarded Meet monthly sales/lead targets Maintain a record of client visits and feedback Key Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills (Telugu, English, Hindi preferred) Basic understanding of digital marketing services Sales/Marketing background Ability to work independently on the field Two-wheeler with valid license (preferred) Apply Now If You: Are self-driven and goal-oriented Want to build a career in marketing and digital media Love interacting with new people and solving business challenges Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Language: Hindi (Preferred) Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 15/05/2025 Expected Start Date: 15/05/2025
