Job Description – Field Marketing Executive (0–1 Year Experience) Position: Field Marketing Executive Experience: Fresher – 1 Year Location: Coimbatore Department: Sales & Marketing Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for energetic and self-motivated Field Marketing Executives to promote our products/services, generate leads, and support the sales team. The role involves field visits, customer interaction, and creating brand awareness in the assigned areas. Key Responsibilities Visit potential customers/clients for lead generation and product promotion. Conduct field surveys, explain product details, and collect customer requirements. Distribute marketing materials, conduct demos, and participate in promotional activities. Maintain a record of daily visits, leads generated, and follow-up actions. Build strong customer relationships and provide timely updates to the sales team. Achieve daily/weekly field visit and sales targets. Support marketing campaigns and onsite promotions. Required Skills & Qualifications Any degree (Freshers are welcome). Good communication skills in Tamil (Basic English is an advantage). Ability to travel within Coimbatore for field activities. Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts. Strong negotiation and customer interaction skills. Two-wheeler with license preferred (not mandatory for all roles depending on company policy). Preferred Skills (Optional)Experience in field sales/marketing (0–1 year). Knowledge of local areas in and around Coimbatore. Soft Skills Strong interpersonal and convincing skills. Positive attitude and self-motivated personality. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Good time management and reporting skills.
