Job Description

Role & responsibilities

As a Field sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through proactive field marketing initiatives. Your primary objectives will include securing a minimum of four meetings per day using CRM/Indiamart applications and delivering persuasive presentations. Additionally, you will be responsible for achieving a target of closing 8 business deals monthly.

1. Lead Generation and Meeting Management:

- Identify potential clients and industries for targeted marketing efforts.

- Utilize CRM/Indiamart applications to track leads and schedule meetings.

- Secure a minimum of four meetings per day with potential clients.

- Coordinate meeting schedules with clients and internal teams.

2. Presentation and Client Engagement:

- Prepare and deliver professional presentations to showcase products or services.

- Highlight key features and benefits tailored to the client's needs.

- Engage clients in meaningful discussions to understand their requirements and address concerns.

3. Deal Closure:

- Achieve a target of closing 8 business deals monthly.

- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements.

- Ensure all necessary documentation and contracts are completed accurately and efficiently.

4. Relationship Building:

- Establish rapport and build long-term relationships with clients.

- Address client inquiries promptly and professionally.

- Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients throughout the sales process.

5. Reporting and Analysis:

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and meeting outcomes in CRM systems.

- Prepare daily reports on field marketing activities, meeting schedules, and deal closures.

- Submit reports to Reliance Automation, Partner of Indiamart Nashik Branch, on a daily basis.

Working Hours:

- The working days for this role are Monday to Saturday.

- Working hours are from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.

Desired Candidate Profile :

Proven experience in field marketing, sales, or customer relationship management.

- Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.

- Proficiency in using CRM and Indiamart applications.

- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets and objectives.

  • Age Between 18 to 33 year old

  • 18000 + Petrol* + Incentives (By both side Channel Partner & Indiamart)
