We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our learning center by visiting schools, colleges, and other potential locations to generate admissions. This role involves conducting seminars and webinars for marketing purposes, demonstrating a proven track record in business development and client relationship management. Key Responsibilities Visit schools, colleges, and other relevant institutions to promote our learning center and generate admissions. Conduct seminars and webinars to market our educational programs. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. Execute strategic marketing plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets. Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for business expansion. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional materials and campaigns. Provide leadership and mentoring to junior team members as needed. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and address any concerns promptly. Maintain a positive and professional approach in all interactions. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role. Strong leadership and mentoring skills. Analytical and strategic thinking abilities. Understanding of marketing and branding principles. Willingness to learn, grow, and adapt in a dynamic environment. Positive attitude with a professional demeanour.
