Position: Marketing Field Executive

Location: Thoothukudi, Nellai, Madurai, Kovilpatti (Local Field Work)

Role Overview

The Marketing Field Executive will promote the eTown application to local sales and service providers, assist customers with onboarding, collect feedback, and support field-level marketing initiatives. This role requires strong communication skills, good understanding of mobile apps, and willingness to work directly with customers in the field.

Key Responsibilities App Promotion & Customer Onboarding

• Promote the Et

  own product/service

  to local businesses, shops, and service providers.
• Assist customers with

  mobile app installation and onboarding

  .
• Clearly explain app features, benefits, and usage flow to new users.
• Provide

  basic support

  to customers facing initial usage challenges.

Field Marketing & Outreach

• Conduct field visits to increase app adoption in assigned areas.
• Identify

  potential users, localities, and opportunities

  to expand reach.
• Support

  on-ground marketing activities

  and local promotional tasks.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and business owners.

Reporting & Coordination

• Maintain

  daily records

  of visits, onboardings, and customer feedback.
• Share

  daily/weekly reports

  with the marketing team.
• Coordinate with internal teams for follow-ups or issue resolution.
• Participate in

  training sessions

  to stay updated on product features.

Requirements

• Must be

  fluent in using mobile applications

  and comfortable guiding others.
• Prior

  sales or field marketing experience

  preferred.
• Candidates preferred from:

  Thoothukudi, Nellai, Madurai, Kovilpatti

  .

• Minimum qualification:

  Graduate or current college student.
• Both

  full-time & part-time

  candidates can apply.
