Job Description

Field Promotion

Promote company products or services directly in the field.
Conduct door-to-door marketing, roadshows, or site visits.

Lead Generation

Collect customer details and generate potential leads.
Identify new business opportunities in assigned areas.

Customer Interaction

Explain product features, pricing, and offers to customers.
Answer customer queries clearly and politely.

Market Survey

Conduct surveys to understand customer needs and competitor activities.
Collect market feedback and report to management.

Area Coverage

Cover assigned areas daily as per plan.
Expand customer base in new locations.

Brand Awareness

Increase brand visibility through banners, pamphlets, and demos.
Distribute flyers and promotional materials.

Sales Support

Support the sales team in closing deals.
Follow up with interested customers.

Reporting

Submit daily activity and lead reports.
Update CRM or lead trackers.

Coordination

Coordinate with sales and office teams.
Share field updates and customer feedback.

Target Achievement

Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Ensure conversion of leads into sales.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
