NutriFreaks provides Customized Meal Plans delivered directly to the doorstep in Madurai. We offer personalized, nutritionist-approved meals catering to goals like fat loss, muscle gain, and chronic condition management (e.g., diabetes), all supported by dietician follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities (Field Focus: Driving Subscriptions)

The Field Marketing Executive will be responsible for creating on-the-ground visibility and securing strategic bulk/referral subscriptions.

  • Strategic B2B Partnership Acquisition: Identify, negotiate, and finalize high-value partnerships that yield recurring subscriptions, including:
  • Health Professionals: Dieticians, Nutrition Clinics, and Doctors (for patient referrals).
  • Corporate & IT Parks: Securing bulk sign-ups or exclusive meal-tasting/wellness events for employees.
  • Fitness Centers: Establishing co-promotions with high-end gyms and yoga studios for member discounts.
  • On-Ground Activation & Lead Generation: Organize and run product sampling, meal plan demo sessions, and free consultation sign-up booths in residential communities and high-footfall public areas.
  • Promotional Event Management: Successfully execute all logistics for partner events (e.g., setting up tasting tables, managing sign-up forms, and ensuring sample quality).
  • Sales Funnel Initiation: Secure contact details for individuals interested in a "Free Consultation" (as offered on the website) and ensure immediate hand-off to the in-house Nutrition Expert.
  • Market Intelligence: Track competitor meal plan pricing, delivery quality, and service structures in the local Madurai area.

Required Skills & Qualifications (Revised)

  • Education: Any Basic Degree (e.g., B.A., B.Com., B.Sc.) from a recognized institution.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in Field Marketing, Direct Sales, or B2B activities, preferably with a service or F&B (Food & Beverage) company.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Tamil is mandatory for market penetration. Slight English fluency is required for professional communication (emails, basic negotiation).
  • Professional Skills: Excellent professional presentation and negotiation skills for corporate and clinic-level tie-ups.
  • Mobility: Must possess a two-wheeler with a valid license.

Variable Incentive Structure

  • Monthly Performance Commission (Sales-Driven):
  • Earn 1.0% to 4.0% commission on the Net Revenue generated from leads/referrals directly traced back to the executive's field efforts (tiered system based on volume).
  • Commission is paid on the first three months of revenue from a new subscriber's plan to encourage securing long-term clients.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
