The candidate will be responsible for generating leads by visiting construction sites and homeowners to promote our renovation and construction services. Key Responsibilities: Visit residential and commercial properties to identify potential leads for construction and renovation services. Engage with homeowners, builders, and contractors to explain service offerings and generate interest. Maintain a daily record of visits, leads generated, and follow-ups. Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to ensure smooth lead conversion. Achieve monthly lead generation targets set by the company. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of experience in field marketing, lead generation, or a related role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field. Basic knowledge of construction and renovation services is a plus. Must be comfortable traveling within Lucknow for field visits.
