We are looking for passionate BDA / Senior Academic Counselors who can guide students and parents about IIT-JEE and NEET programs and help them choose the right course for their success. Role Overview: The BDA / Senior Academic Counselor is responsible for driving student enrollments through one-on-one counseling sessions, buildin Key Responsibilities 1. Student & Parent Counseling • Conduct IIT-JEE / NEET counseling sessions (in-person and telephonic) to understand student requirements. • Recommend the right courses and batches based on academic level, career goals, and PW offerings. • Resolve queries about courses, fees, scholarships, and study plans. 2. Sales & Target Achievement • Achieve monthly enrollment targets for assigned centers. • Follow up with leads from marketing campaigns, walk-ins, and referrals to convert them into admissions. • Maintain high conversion rates through consultative selling and trust-building. 3. Lead Management & Reporting • Work on CRM tools to manage leads, track follow-ups, and update status. • Share daily/weekly reports on conversions and pipeline with center head/ABH. 4. Collaboration with Teams • Coordinate with marketing teams for local events, seminars, and scholarship tests. • Work with academic teams to provide timely student onboarding and smooth transition after admission. Must-Have Skills & Qualifications • Minimum 1 year of experience in student counseling/sales for IIT-JEE / NEET / Test Prep programs. • Strong communication skills in English, Telugu (mandatory), and Hindi. • Ability to handle parents’ concerns with patience and empathy. • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving admissions/sales targets. • Good knowledge of Hyderabad market and willingness to work in different locations. • Comfortable with 6-day working schedule (Tuesday–Sunday) and 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM timings. Branding & Visibility • Manage center branding activities and ensure proper visibility of PW in target areas. • Collaborate with marketing team for creative collaterals, event materials, and digital campaigns. 4. Reporting & ROI Tracking • Maintain records of campaign performance and share weekly reports. • Track ROI and suggest improvements for better outcomes. Must-Have Skills & Qualifications • Minimum 1+ year experience in BTL/field marketing (EdTech, K-12, Test Prep, or FMCG preferred). • Strong communication skills in English, Telugu (mandatory), and Hindi. • Good knowledge of Hyderabad market and ability to travel across multiple locations. • Energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented with ability to handle field activities.
