About FitStreet

FitStreet is a next-gen fitness & wellness platform bringing trainers, counsellors, and nutrition experts directly to users through a seamless tech-driven experience. We’re looking for an energetic Field Marketing Executive to build brand visibility and drive local partnerships in gyms, communities, and corporates.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on-ground marketing activities such as distributing flyers, setting up stalls, and promotional events.
• Approach and onboard gyms, trainers, dieticians, and wellness counsellors into the FitStreet ecosystem.
• Build relationships with corporates, housing societies, schools, and colleges for wellness programs.
• Execute local campaigns (posters, standees, banners, activations).
• Collect leads, maintain records, and share daily/weekly reports with the sales & marketing team.
• Act as the brand representative of FitStreet in the field to increase trust and visibility.
• Collaborate with digital marketing team to align offline promotions with online campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent (preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in field marketing, sales, or brand promotions.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in the field.
• Comfortable with travel and outdoor marketing activities.
• Passionate about fitness, health, and wellness (added advantage).
