Job Title: Field Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Marketing professional to join our team at Akhilaa Steel Company . The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our steel products and services, increase brand awareness, and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns to target key customer segments

- Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity

- Collaborate with sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted marketing campaigns

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the steel industry

- Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with Field Sales.

- Knowledge of marketing analytics and metrics

- Familiarity with CRM software and marketing automation tools

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
