This dual-role supports offline promotions for our burger brand Burger Cartel 🍔 and B2B outreach for our makhana-based FMCG brand Mithila Roots 🌰. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys street-level action, people engagement, and FMCG trade sales. 🔑 Key Responsibilities:🍔 Burger Cartel – Field Marketing Execute on-ground campaigns in Noida & Indirapuram 📢 Distribute loyalty cards, freebies & offers in high-footfall zones (colleges 🏫, gyms 💪, offices 🏢) Promote store visibility & walk-ins through personal interaction QR code activations, referral programs, & poster placement 🌰 Mithila Roots – B2B Sales (FMCG)Visit snack retailers, dry fruit traders & wholesale markets 🛒 Share product samples, explain benefits & generate leads Coordinate dispatches & maintain inquiry/visit logs 📋 Support packaging, branding, and sales tracking 📅 Weekly Work Schedule: Mon, Wed, Fri: Burger Cartel field marketing 🚴 Tue, Thu: Mithila Roots B2B visits 🛍️ Sat: Flexi-day for campaigns 🎯 Sun: Weekly off (or light duties if needed) 🌤️ 👤 Candidate Profile:1–2 years of experience in QSR, FMCG, or retail field work Must speak fluent Hindi 🗣️; basic English is a plus Own a smartphone 📱; familiarity with Google Maps, WhatsApp Energetic, punctual, well-groomed & reliable Comfortable with daily travel in Delhi NCR 🚗 💰 Salary & Incentives: Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month Incentives: ₹100 per converted Mithila Roots lead ✅ Bonuses for social media signups & campaign success 🎉 Rewards for loyalty card activations 🎁
