Field Lead Generation Executive

About the Role

We are looking for energetic and self-driven professionals to join our team as Field Lead Generation Executives. The role involves visiting healthcare facilities like poly clinics, nursing homes, and small hospitals to identify potential leads, collect details, and help build our mid-market client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit assigned areas and identify potential healthcare leads (clinics, nursing homes, hospitals).
• Collect and record lead information accurately.
• Capture photos of the facility (as per company guidelines).
• Build a strong database of potential clients.
• Maintain regular communication with the internal sales team for lead follow-up.
• Achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of field sales / lead generation experience (preferably in Pharma or Healthcare).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Smartphone and two-wheeler mandatory.
• Self-motivated and target-driven attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
