Role Description

We are seeking a Field Investigation (FI) professional for a full-time, on-site role located in Hapur. The daily responsibilities include conducting field investigations, gathering and analyzing data, and troubleshooting client concerns. The role involves maintaining effective communication and providing customer service while coordinating with stakeholders to ensure objectives are met efficiently.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills for data collection, assessment, and providing actionable insights
• Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
• Experience in Troubleshooting and resolving field-related challenges
• Proficiency in Customer Service and maintaining client relationships
• Ability to provide Training and share knowledge with team members
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently in on-site scenarios
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field is preferred
