Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Field Installation Engineer who will be responsible for installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining LED screen systems at client locations. The role requires strong technical knowledge, hands-on installation skills, and good computer proficiency to configure software, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operation. Key Responsibilities: Install and set up LED display screens, cabinets, and supporting structures at client sites. Handle wiring, power connections, signal cables, and controller configurations. Configure LED control systems, software settings, and display calibration. Perform on-site testing, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical issues. Coordinate with the project team to ensure timely and accurate installations. Provide customer demonstrations and basic operational training. Maintain documentation of installations, service calls, and site reports. Conduct routine preventive maintenance of LED screens and related hardware. Ensure compliance with safety standards during installation work.
