Field Fundraiser

Job Title: Field Fundraiser – NGO Experience: 1–3 years (or adjust as you need) Location: Chennai Roles & Responsibilities : Conduct field visits to meet potential donors and pitch NGO projects. Build and maintain donor relationships for monthly/annual giving. Achieve daily/weekly fundraising targets. Participate in campaigns, events, and outreach activities. Maintain donor data and submit daily activity reports. Represent the NGO professionally in public spaces. Skills Needed: Strong communication & persuasion skills Field sales/fundraising experience Target-oriented attitude Basic reporting & documentation Note No travel allowance will be provided by the organization; candidates must manage their own travel expenses.
