Job Overview:
We are looking for an energetic and outgoing Field Executive to identify part-time job opportunities for students across Kochi. This role involves field visits, employer outreach, and building a strong network of local businesses. Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and connect with local businesses, retail outlets, cafés, startups, and service providers to source part-time job roles for students.
Conduct regular field visits across Kochi to expand the employer network.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with employers.
Gather and verify job details such as role requirements, work hours, stipend, and eligibility.
Share collected job opportunities with the internal team and ensure timely updates.
Promote and communicate available job opportunities to students.
Track student placements and maintain daily/weekly reports.
Represent the organization professionally during field activities.

Skills & Qualifications:

Freshers can apply (Any degree).
Strong communication skills in Malayalam and English.
Good interpersonal and networking abilities.
Willingness to travel extensively within Kochi.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
